Breeze Virtual Meeting Setup (Draft)

 

Before connecting to the Breeze meeting, RSVP the webmaster to let him or her know that you are planning on attending virtually.  

 

 

Hardware and Software Requirements:

 

*Latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer. Go to the following website to test if you have the latest version: http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/welcome/

 

*Speakers or headphones connected to your computer to hear participants in the meeting.

 

*Built-in or attached microphone so you can speak to others. (If you use a microphone, it is advisable to also use headphones, as using microphones and computer speakers simultaneously may produce an echo effect.)

 

*DSL, cable, or higher-speed Internet connection.

 

 

Setup Instructions:

 

1. In your web browser, go to http://breeze.ltc.arizona.edu/plg/

 

2. In the box "Enter as a guest," click on the "Click to Enter" button.

 

3. Type your name as you would like it to appear in the Breeze meeting.

 

4. After a short delay, the Breeze meeting should load in your browser.

 

5. It is recommended that you go through the audio setup wizard to test your sound and/or microphone settings. At the top of the Breeze meeting window, click on the "Meeting" menu. Then click on "Audio Setup Wizard."  Follow the instructions.
