Where: http://www.asua.arizona.edu/applyfund.htm
How: Fill out a Funding Request Form and submit along with the following info:
1) An itemized budget for the specific event (the more detail, the higher your chances of funding)
2) A complete annual budget for your organization
3) All funding from other sources (fundraising, university departments, etc.)
4) A brief one paragraph description of the event
When: submit Funding Request Form at least 3 weeks prior to the event or 10 business days prior to the time of travel.
